Kratom Test is an independent, data-driven analytics platform that aggregates and analyzes third-party laboratory test results for kratom products. We provide transparency scores, risk indicators, and comparative data.

- We do not provide medical, health, or legal advice
- Our platform is not FDA-approved or endorsed
3. User Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without written permission
- Misrepresent scores or data sourced from Kratom Test
- Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or security
5. Intellectual Property
All content, scoring methodologies, algorithms, and design elements are the intellectual property of Kratom Test. You may reference our publicly available scores with proper attribution.
6. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Transparency scores reflect analytical data from third-party labs and are not endorsements. Risk flags are lab-based, not speculative. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of third-party lab data.
7. Affiliate Disclosure
We may earn commissions from product links. Affiliate partnerships are always disclosed and never influence our scoring, lab analysis, or risk detection. See our revenue transparency page for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kratom Test shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
